OCHA is a Gonzaga off campus housing app. It provides Gonzaga students a means for searching for housing by using filters (such as price, number of bedrooms, or distance to Gonzaga). Students will be able to favorite properties they are interested in, in order to return to them later.
In addition to Gonzaga students, landlords can use OCHA to make their properties visible to Gonzaga students. A landlord may create a listing, edit a listing, or a close a listing if the property has been sold.
